HABITAT: The Amberjack is found around rocky reefs and wrecks.
TYPICAL WEIGHT: Young fish common 5-20 pounds. Average size 30-60 pounds with potential to exceed 150 pounds.
FOOD QUALITY: Excellent, smoked or fresh.
