Grilled Deviled Trout
Filets
You will need approx. 2 lbs. trout
In a bowl mix together the following
2 tablespns.vegetable oil
2 tablespns.prepared mustard
2 tablespns.cream-style horseradish
1 tablespn.worchestershire sauce
1\2 cup chili sauce
1\2 teaspn. salt
Place trout on a well greased grill grid,
spread sauce evenly over fish,grill about 4 mins. each side-or untill
fish begins to flake when tested with a fork
